Collecting in person

You can now order online and collect your goods in person saving the carriage charges!  

Minimum Online Order Value for Collection is £50 before VAT.

Please follow the instructions below.

1. Order goods in the normal way by adding items into the basket

2. Proceed to checkout to the order summary page

3. Select "Collect In Person" from the drop down box in the carriage options menu (default setting - standard postage and packaging).

4. This will then take off the delivery charge.

Payment.

Payment methods credit or debit card

Cash on collection (ONLY for local, regular customers that have arranged this in advance).

For cheque payments, please telephone in advance for authoristation.

Collection Times:

Strictly Monday-Thursday, 8.00am - 4pm ONLY

Please wait to be notified (by email) that your order is ready for collection. Please do not arrive without prior arrangement as your order may not be ready and you will have to return at a later date.

NO collections Friday, Saturday or Sunday as the warehouse is closed.
